Progress Report – May, 2012

Dear All,

Since my last Progress Report we have now broken ground and more, on plots 8 and 42. Plot 23 has been sold and we will shortly survey for a Placid 2 villa on the 1,412 m² back row plot.

We have received a lot of interest recently since we decided to split plot 55 in two and allocate each half to plots 54 and 56. This effectively means that plot 54 will be 844 m² (increased from 556 m²) and plot 56 will be 824 m²(increased from 536 m²).

Villas Nature 1 or Nature 2 can now be moved laterally on these plots thus optimising the sea view. Nature 1 price circa 14.6 MTHB and a Nature 2 circa 14.2 MTHB.

Aqua 2 Villa Plot 17 SALE: 17.5 MTHB

Progress Report – March, 2012

Dear All,

Please click here for the latest progress photographs of villas at the Panorama Pool Villas l. Whilst we have handed over a few villas these past few weeks we have also recently sold more and have begun construction on plots 7, 21, 38, 43 and will soon break ground on plot 42.

Of the Nature 3 promotion plots, only 2 are left, they being plots 10 and 11. Only a further 3 single-story villa plots remain available on plots 54 to 56 for either Nature 1 or Nature 2.

The prestigious top row also has a promotion and it is hoped that 2 of those will be sold this coming month, one of which will be the Placid 2 villa and the other, an Aqua 2 villa.

The Panorama Pool Villas

The glass is now more than half-full.

Dear All,

There has been a tremendous amount of activity over the last few months with regards to sales at Panorama. As you all know, I encourage prospective villa owners to incorporate their own ideas into the original design albeit that I know that I am making a rod for my own back. However, it is all extremely worthwhile when our customers see a villa transpire into their home.

Needless to say, (or perhaps I do need to say), that this task amongst many others has kept me incredibly busy and as a consequence, newsletters such as this are as not as frequent as some would wish. To those ‘some’; I apologise.

Moving on:

So where are we now with regards to sales?

Of the total number of available plots within Panorama, we have just passed the 60% mark with regards to villas sold. There are a total of seventeen villas that are either under construction or awaiting survey, twelve of which will finish this year. To make it easier to understand you can see the updated plot plan below.

To itemise:

Plots 4, 5, and 47 are Nature 2 villas. Plots 33 to 37 and 39 to 41 are Nature 3 villas. Plots 50 to 53 are Nature 1 villas and plot 48 is a specially designed villa similar to a Nature 2 in size but with only two bedrooms.

Our previous Nature 3 villa promotion was such a success (7 sold and 1 reserved out of 9) that we have decided to promote our 2-bedroomed Nature 3 villas once more.

PANORAMA BOASTS Broadband Internet access

Without a telephone cable in sight (because they are underground – see http://thepanoramavillas.com/news/?p=205) the Panorama Pool Villas Resort Development now provides broadband Internet.

A fibre optic cable by service provider 3BB, provides download/upload speeds of between 6Mbps/512 Kbps and 20Mbps/4Mbps. You choose the package – ranging between 590 THB per month to 2,990 THB per month.

A wireless router enables one to relax in your private sala next to your swimming pool and send Emails to friends telling them; “Wish you were here.” (Even though you are glad that they are not.)

For those who just cannot leave business at home – no problem! Keep up-to-date with colleagues and keep staff on their toes whilst enjoying your gin and tonic as the tropical sun sets.

Additionally, some of our villa owners are watching their favourite TV programmes from their native countries via Internet TV. Sad is it not?

Sigh …. and I can remember when ‘hi-tech’ was knobs and valves – transistors were not even dreamt of.

‘Naturally Nature’ – Open Day.

Well the day arrived; golf during the day and the party in the evening and a splendid time was had by all. Being responsible for last-minute ‘everythings’ and ‘anythings’, I was fortunate enough to miss out on the golf. Golf lovers forgive me; I can’t resist the opportunity to quote Mark Twain here when he referred to golf as; “A good walk spoiled”.

The evening party was an enormous success due to a huge turnout of people including Bangkok Bank VIPs, the Mayor, Members of Parliament, Military Top Brass, Police Chiefs, Plc Directors, photographers, wannabe photographers, contractors, hoteliers, customers, potential customers, staff members, and my personal favourites, the *CHs.

There was an abundance of food, barbequed and not, wine and beer aplenty, music from an extremely talented band, a beautiful light show, and the breath taking sight of many Kom Fai (paper lantern-balloons) soaring brightly up into the starlit night sky. ‘Twas indeed an event to remember.

But what of the villas you ask.

Well, the villas were finished on time (sort of) but certainly finished well enough to draw praise, both for the design and finishing. Real Estate Agents were also suitably impressed – now there is a compliment. So now we have three more show houses, one each of the Natures namely 1, 2, and 3. Check the floor plans out on the villas page of this website.

Look at the photographs below and judge for yourselves and I look forward to your comments. As for photographs of the party; I shall upload them shortly after I have added captions.
